Below are the training dates for 2009 for CERT, all meetings are at 6:30P, they are the third Wed of each month at Circleville FD:

Jan 21, Feb 18, Mar 18

Apr 22 WX spotter training, May 20(CPR Class), Jun 20(County Exercise)

Jul NO MEETING, Aug 19, Sep 16

Oct NO MEETING, Nov 18, Dec 16

 

There will be training conducted at each of the meetings, please mark your calendar to attend.

  • FEMA Assistance Passes The $365 Million Mark
    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Over the past 18-months, the state of Indiana was affected by severe weather in which the state requested and was granted five presidentially declared disasters. Those declarations resulted in a total over $365,829,399 in disaster assistance to the state. Through Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) program grants and Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, recovery assistance was available to individuals and state and local governments that were affected by the disasters. Types of assistance includes:
  • June 22 Is Deadline To Apply For FEMA Assistance
    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Residents and business owners in sixteen Indiana counties who sustained damage from severe storms, tornadoes and flooding that occurred March 8 - 14 are running out of time to apply for disaster assistance.
  • Two Weeks Left To Apply
    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indiana residents and business owners in Allen, Carroll, Daviess, DeKalb, Fulton, Jasper, Kosciusko, Lake, LaPorte, Lawrence, Marshall, Noble, Pulaski, St. Joseph, White and Whitley counties who sustained damage during the severe storms, tornadoes and flooding of March 8 - 14 have two weeks left to register for disaster assistance.
